At Bridge Realty, we operate as a 100% commission brokerage, meaning our agents keep all of their commissions. Unlike traditional brokerages that take a percentage of every deal, we don’t charge splits, monthly desk fees, global marketing fees, or transaction fees.
Instead, we keep things simple and transparent by charging a flat $595 Broker Admin Fee per residential transaction. This allows us to provide high-quality training, mentorship, transaction support, and resources while ensuring that our agents maximize their earnings.
By structuring our business this way, we focus on empowering agents rather than profiting from their hard work. Our success comes from helping our agents close more deals and grow their business—not from taking a cut of their commissions.
Transferring your license to Bridge Realty is fast and seamless—most agents are fully onboarded and ready to work less than 30 minutes.
Here’s how the process works:
1️⃣ Fill our your contract – When you make the switch, you simply sign our Independent Contractor Agreement.
2️⃣ License Transfer With the State – We handle transferring your license through the Minnesota Department of Commerce. Transfers are processed immediately and first time agent application can take up to 7 business days for the state to process.
3️⃣ REALTOR Associations – Once your license is active with Bridge Realty, we'll handle your transfer with the association. We are apart of many association so you do not have to leave your current one! We are apart of MAAR, SPAAR, LSAR, WCAR, RASM, SCAAR and more just to name a few!
4️⃣ Start Closing Deals! – With no delays or waiting periods, you can begin working with clients and earning commissions right away.
